We don't believe in cookie cutter therapy methods, and instead build a treatment focus made specifically for you and your current challenges. 

I understand how hectic your schedules are!

My model offers you the advantages of flexibility and convenience. Need a 5 AM session? No problem. Need to meet at 9 PM? Need a weekend session? Also, not a problem.

Because we can meet virtually, you don’t have to factor in travel time!

While I can’t promise I will always be able to accommodate every scheduling request, I can guarantee I’ll be far more able to do so than the traditional therapist.

We deliver the highest level of discretion possible. My Electronic Medical Record, email, and Telehealth Platform (Zoom) are all HIPPA compliant. We will never disclose anything discussed in our sessions with anyone without your written permission.
